Throughout this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Dance Artists Prep, LLC, and “Site” refers to trainingclub.tdaprep.com. “User,” “you,” and “your” pertain to site visitors, customers, members, and any other users of the site.
- Service Overview
CollegeCandidate.tdaprep.com and trainingclub.tdaprep.com are membership sites that offer online dance training and education, taking dancers from their current skill level to their full potential (the “Service”).
- Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By using the Site or Service, you acknowledge reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions without any modifications.
- Nature of Service
The Service provided by The Dance Artist LLC is focused on dance education and training, limited to the offerings listed on collegecandidate.tdaprep.com. We reserve the right to substitute services with those of equal quality if necessary, without prior notice.
- Account Creation
To access the Service, you must become a member of the College Candidate Program (Class of 2024) or Training Club (2023-2024). During registration, you’ll provide accurate and up-to-date information. Your account must not be used for illegal purposes or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
- Lawful Purposes
Use the Site and Service for lawful and non-commercial purposes only. You are responsible for all purchases made through the Site on your behalf. Do not post or transmit any content that infringes others’ rights or is offensive, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
- Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity without providing a reason. No order is deemed accepted until payment is processed. We may change or discontinue aspects of the Site or Service at any time, fulfilling previous responsibilities based on accepted payments.
We may remove accounts held by individuals representing companies offering similar or directly competing services.
- Order Confirmation
Upon ordering, we’ll email you an order confirmation with login credentials and payment details. If any errors occur in the email confirmation, please inform us promptly.
- Duration of Agreement
After confirmation, you’ll receive access to the purchased Service. Delays in access may occur due to third-party factors beyond our control, and no breach of contract action can be initiated based on such delays.
The Dance Artist LLC reserves the right to terminate the Service or access to certain features with or without prior notice.
Lifetime Access applies to the lifetime of the Service. If The Dance Artist LLC dissolves or ceases to exist, your access terminates.
- Payments
Your first payment is due upon registration for the College Candidate Program – Class of 2024 or Training Club. The payment information used for the first payment will be used for recurring monthly payments for the 2023-2024 school year. College Candidate remaining balance payments will occur every two months, following your first payment. Training Club remaining balance payments will occur every month, following your first payment. Failure to pay installments will result in access to the Service being stopped.
- Cancellations
You may cancel your College Candidate Program membership anytime through your “My Account” page or by contacting Heath at heath@tdaprep.com. Due to the nature of the Service, no refunds will be provided for any membership fees already paid. After cancellation, you’ll lose access to the Service and its content at the end of your current membership period.
- Product Description
We strive to describe and display the Service as accurately as possible. However, the Site may occasionally contain errors in pricing or descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with incorrect pricing.
- Material You Submit to the Site
You must not upload, post, or make available any Materials (artwork, photos, etc.) protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights without express written permission from the owner. You’re liable for any infringement or harm resulting from such submissions. By submitting Materials, you represent that you have the right to use and distribute them and that their use will not violate any laws or rights of third parties.
- Community and Social Media Platforms
The Service may include access to community or social media platforms at our discretion. Use of these platforms is a privilege, and we may limit or deny access for misconduct, including inappropriate or unapproved content.
- Intellectual Property Rights
The Dance Artist LLC’s copyrighted materials provided as part of the Service are for your individual use only. You may not modify, publish, distribute, or exploit them without our prior written consent. Violating this policy may result in immediate removal from the Service without refund.
- Changed Terms
We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with amendments becoming effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use after being notified of changes implies your acceptance.
- Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or Service. This includes damages arising from service interruptions, errors, losses, or third-party actions. If any state law prohibits the exclusion or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
- Third-Party Resources
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content, or policies. Your use of these resources is at your own risk.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any losses, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or use of the Site or Service. You must provide us with necessary assistance in such cases.
- Effect of Headings
Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Entire Agreement; Waiver
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and The Dance Artist LLC, superseding all prior agreements. No waiver of any provision is a waiver of others, nor does it constitute a continuing waiver. Waivers must be in writing and executed by The Dance Artist LLC.

- Recovery of Litigation Expenses
If legal action is taken for enforcing this Agreement, the successful party is entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred.
- Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement remains valid and enforceable.
